Author: Terezie Doubková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of a Patient after Rotator Cuff Tendon Rupture Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to theoretically elaborate the basic knowledge concerning the shoulder girdle and to develop a case study of a patient after rotator cuff tendon rupture. Another aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of my chosen physiotherapy procedures. Methods: The general part contains information on anatomy, kinesiology and problems concerning shoulder joint, obtained from the sources listed below. The developed case report of physiotherapy care of the patient includes initial and output kinesiological examination, therapy draft, therapy aims and separate therapy units, based on the knowledge acquired during my three-year bachelor studies. At the end are presented the results of the therapies and the evaluation of their effect. Results: The theoretical knowledge was written in the general part and the case report was prepared according to the chosen aims. The effect of the therapy described in the conclusion of the thesis can be evaluated as positive. Most of the measured values were improved compared to the initial examination. Craniosynostoses are premature fusions of one or more cranial sutures. They affect all cranial sutures and are the main symptom of many genetic syndromes. Syndromes connected with craniosynostosis are serious disorders associated with skeleton abnormalities, limb malformations or mental disability. These syndroms are caused by different mutations in FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, TWIST1, EFNB1, RECQL4, and RAB23 genes. The aim of this review was to summarize contemporary knowledge of phenotype and genetic basis of these diseases.

I hereto directed everything, so as I could in the end answers the questions: what meaning has rehabilitation and whether there is any universal method that could be applied in the appropriate manner. In its experimental parts the diploma work succeeded to prove the evidence, that the rehabilitation holds irreplaceable space in therapy of hand flexor sinews after effected sutures. The study proves the obvious difference in results between the group that passed the rehabilitation therapy and the group that the rehabilitation didn't undergo. The tracked...
